Kuracie prsia na prírodno

Klasický spôsob prípravy šťavnatých kuracích pŕs. Kuracie prsia na prírodno sa pripravujú bez marinády, sú korenené len soľou a čiernym korením. Následne sú na vysokej teplote opečené, čím sa mäsu uzavrú póry a šťava ostane uschovaná vo vnútri mäsa.

Je to výnimočne rýchly a chutný pokrm, výsledkom ktorého je lahodné mäso na šťave, ktoré zachutí celej rodine. Kdo hľadá nenáročný recept z kuracieho mäsa, ten určite pri tomto recepte neostane sklamaný, najmä keď chcete rýchlo vykúzliť niečo chutné.

Uskladnené v chladničke chutí mäso dobre aj po 1-2 dňoch. Práve z tohto dôvodu ho rada pripravujem aj večer vopred keď viem, že cez deň nebudem stíhať variť.

Ak hľadáte ďaľšie nápady na rýchle recepty do 15 minút, tak sa môžete inšpirovať aj v tejto kategórii.

Suroviny:

  • 500g kuracích pŕs
  • Soľ, čierne korenie, grilovacie korenie
  • 1 Pl zemiakového škrobu
  • 200ml vody
  • 2 Pl masla/bylinkového masla
  • Čerstvé bylinky (petržlen)

Postup:

  • Kuracie prsia umyjeme a osušíme kuchynskou utierkou.
  • Potom ich po šírke rozrežeme na polovicu a mierne vyklepeme.
  • Následne mäso osolíme, okoreníme čiernym korením prípadne grilovacím korením.
  • Panvicu zohrejeme a keď je horúca pridáme olej a vložíme kuracie prsia. Pečieme z oboch strán zprudka ca. 4 minút pokiaľ dostanú zlatistú farbu.
  • Ku koncu opekania pridáme 1 cibuľu pokrájanú na drobno a 2 polievkové lyžice masla (prípadne bylinkového masla).
  • Všetko poprášime zemiakovým škrobom (alebo hladkou múkou). Premiešame a potom zalejeme vodou.
  • Prikryté necháme ešte na miernom ohni 10 minút dusiť.
  • Pred servírovaním môžeme omáčku dochutiť na jemno posekanými čerstvými bylinkami (petržlenová vňať prípadne pažítka).
  • Ideálnou prílohou je ryža alebo dusená zelenina či pečená zelenina.

20g fresh yeast
100g caster sugar
450g durum flour
150ml milk (oat milk)
100g melted butter (coconut fat)
pinch of salt

Ingredients - filling:
100ml whipped cream
2 tbsp butter or coconut fat
2 tbsp strawberry jam
50g sugar (I used coconut sugar, but of course you can also use regular crystal sugar)
150g chopped almonds
50g chopped walnuts
50g sunflower seeds
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp flaxseeds

  • This pound cake is so full of flavour, the poppy seeds in particular give it extra texture and taste beautifully crunchy in this fluffy bundt cake. 

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk (oat milk)
1/2 packet baking powder
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup (unground) poppy seeds
1 packet chocolate pudding powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 packets dark chocolate (100g)
1 tbsp coconut fat

Start by preheating your oven to 160C,
Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Add the oil and continue beating.
Add the milk, sifted flour and baking powder as well as the poppy seeds, custard powder and cocoa powder. Mix well until a smooth batter is formed.
Chop 1 packet of chocolate into small pieces and add these to the batter.
Grease a bundt tin and pour the batter into it.
Bake at 160C for 40-45 minutes. Then leave to cool thoroughly.
When the dough is completely cool, turn it out of the tin, otherwise it might tear.
Melt the second chocolate over the steam, which you have chopped finely and added the fat to it.
When the chocolate is liquid, pour it over the surface of the bundt cake and let it set before serving.

This pound cake is so full of flavour, the poppy seeds in particular give it extra texture and taste beautifully crunchy in this fluffy bundt cake. 

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk (oat milk)
1/2 packet baking powder
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup (unground) poppy seeds
1 packet chocolate pudding powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 packets dark chocolate (100g)
1 tbsp coconut fat

Start by preheating your oven to 160C,
Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Add the oil and continue beating.
Add the milk, sifted flour and baking powder as well as the poppy seeds, custard powder and cocoa powder. Mix well until a smooth batter is formed.
Chop 1 packet of chocolate into small pieces and add these to the batter.

  1. Dobry den, preco nie je v recepte nikde napisane, kedy ste do omacky pridavali karfiol s hraskom?

      Dobrý den, karfiol ani hrášok som do omáčky nepridávala, preto ani niesu v popise. Ak pridavam zeleninu ako napriklad hrasok, či kukuričku tak ju nechávam dusiť (väčšinou naparovať) osobitne a pridavam az pri servírovaní.

    • Konečne kuracie rezne na prírodno ktore som veľmi dlho hladala.. Uplne ako u reštaurácie. Ďakujem za super recept… Je famózny.. Škoda ze neviem vložiť foto… Naozaj ďakujem moc..

    • Kde tam vidite karfiol?? 🤔 A okrem toho chcela by som sa spytat, ze aki ryzu ste pouzili na obrazku? Ma tam sem tam hnede zrnka. Dakujem.

        Dovrý deň, k ryži som pridala za malú šálku cestoviny slovenská ryža, ktorú som krátko opražila na oleji až zhnedla, k tomu som pridala potom normálnu ryžu a varila spolu. na staršom ovrázku bol zobrazený aj karfiól tak preto boli k tomu reakcie 😉

    • idem si oči vyočiť, ale karfiol tam nevidím…

        😊 voľakedy k tomuto receptu bola fotka na ktorej pri mäse bol položený ako príloha karfiol v smotanovej omáčke. Fotku som pred istým časom aktualizovala, takže už karfiol nieje

  6. Dobry recept, odporucam, jednoduché veľmi chutné. Odteraz robím kuracie prsia buď takto alebo plnene so syrom sunkou a zapecene. TOP RECEPT 10/10.
