Healthy coconut dessert with only 4 ingredients

You can prepare this healthy snack in less than 5 minutes and you will be surprised by its great taste. Also a great dessert for an unexpected visitor.

Agave syrup is a great sweetener to have at home. Like maple syrup, it is very versatile. I like to use it most for flavoring desserts, oatmeal, or ceral bowls of fruit.

Ingredients (for 4 glasses):

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 500ml coconut yoghurt
  • 2-3 tbsp agave syrup
  • Grated coconut

Preparing:

  • Season the coconut yoghurt with agave syrup and mix well.
  • Spread the yoghurt evenly into the glasses and smooth the surface.
  • Slice the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Spoon them over the yoghurt.
  • Finally, garnish the top of the dessert with shredded coconut.
