You can prepare this healthy snack in less than 5 minutes and you will be surprised by its great taste. Also a great dessert for an unexpected visitor.
Agave syrup is a great sweetener to have at home. Like maple syrup, it is very versatile. I like to use it most for flavoring desserts, oatmeal, or ceral bowls of fruit.
Ingredients (for 4 glasses):
- 1 pomegranate
- 500ml coconut yoghurt
- 2-3 tbsp agave syrup
- Grated coconut
- Season the coconut yoghurt with agave syrup and mix well.
- Spread the yoghurt evenly into the glasses and smooth the surface.
- Slice the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Spoon them over the yoghurt.
- Finally, garnish the top of the dessert with shredded coconut.
